HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Select your desired fragrance from our collection, choose the size, and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout where you will enter your delivery details. We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact our concierge service immediately at contact@itri.com or via Instagram DM. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is dispatched.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLE TESTS ?

Not yet — but we’re working on it. Follow us on Instagram for launch updates.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver to all 58 Wilayas in Algeria. We partner with trusted courier services (Yalidine/ZR Express) to ensure your perfume arrives safely.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Deliveries to Algiers typically take 24-48 hours. Other Wilayas may take 2-5 business days depending on the location.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Home Delivery  (Domicile)  and Stop Desk Delivery (Bureau) varies pending on the location through Algeria and the shipping company prices  Shipping is complimentary for orders exceeding 10,000 DZD.

ARE YOUR PERFUMES UNISEX?

Yes, all Charisma Collection perfumes are crafted to be unisex perfumes, making them suitable for anyone who connects with fragrance. 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PERFUME?

Store your perfume is a cool. dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

WHAT IS THE CONCENTRATION OF ITRI FRAGRANCES?

ITRI Fragrances like “Charisma Collection” perfumes are crafted at a 20% perfume oil concentration. but we may go up to 25 depending on the ingredients supplies changes, to achieve the best quality.

WHY DOES THE BOTTLE AND THE PACKAGING LOOKS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT ?

Batch variations and digital‑screen differences can cause minor changes in color or packaging. The fragrance quality remains the same.
